How to Reinvest with Phoenix

Manage your investment or invest more with ease through our Investor Portal. Review performance, access documents, or reinvest.

  1. Login to your portal HERE
  2. Select the bond that is maturing by clicking “view”
  3. Select the blue “Reinvest” button to start the process
  4. Choose the bond offering, Investment Amount, and Payment Frequency
  5. Complete the process as normal with the help of pre-populated fields

If You Need to Re-Verify Accreditation

You may be asked to re-verify your accreditation status during the process. This is related to updates on our end to streamline investing with Phoenix Capital Group. If prompted, you will need to provide one of the following:

    • An accreditation letter signed by a licensed attorney or CPA
    • Proof of assets worth more than $1M
    • Proof of income for 2 years of at least $200K
    • Proof of income for 2 years of at least $300K (joint investors only)
